Accommodation
This brand new, luxury villa overlooking Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown has been built to make the very best of the spectacular 180-degree views. The open plan living space on the top floor includes two lounge areas either side of the designer, high-spec kitchen.
Bedrooms
Four spacious bedrooms, all with views, ensuite bathrooms and king or split king beds. The master bedroom is situated on the top level. The lower level has three generous bedrooms, all with their own balconies. Bathrooms have underfloor heating.
Dining
Dine comfortably indoors enjoying the stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows. Or, alternatively, enjoy a BBQ on the terrace.
Media Room
After dark, watch a movie in the media room, or the TV lounge, each of which have large flat screen TVs and high-end audio systems. Alternatively, just relax by the fire in the lounge, watching the boats head home.
Outdoor Living
The comfortable sofas on the private sun-deck are the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset drinks whilst soaking up the panorama of the surrounding lake and mountains.

Arrowtown Golf Club
This picturesque golf club is just a 20-minute drive from central Queenstown. It is poular with locals and internationals alike because of its stunning mountain views from every hole. Although the course requires accuracy, it does not demand long hitting to score well. This golfing gem features fairways that thread through tiny valleys, between boulders or over gorges, with greens nestled snugly into hillsides. It is an NZ golfing delight.
